Rapidpaint offer a wide range of Light Industrial Coatings and industrial paints for use in all aspects of industrial application. Our company thrives on customer service and we excel in providing the flexibility to deliver speciality industrial paints and coatings formulated to meet the most demanding requirements - large or small.

The industrial paints and coatings range includes one pack and two pack primers for steel fabrication, single coat finishes, quick drying topcoats for components and stove enamels.

We offer a full range of industrial single-pack and two-pack finishes in a wide range of British Standards and RAL colour shades. Most of our industrial paints are covered by our tinting systems allowing customer's individual colours, or from wider colour standards, to be produced quickly and accurately to order.

Primers for Steel

Rapidac Primers 13 Line	General purpose zinc phosphate, fast drying primers for steel fabrication. Spray application. Range of Colours available (5L & 20L Pack)
Rapidac HB Primers 13-90 & 13-91	Low cost, fast drying primer, zinc phosphate primer formulated to produce high builds (75 microns) by airless spray. Red Oxide or Light Grey (5L & 20L Pack)
HB Zinc Phosphate Primers 35 Line	High build primer for steel. zinc phosphate primer .Spray application,75 microns in single coat. Range of colours. Fast drying. 35-1 & 35-2 contain Micaceous Iron Oxide. Range of colours (5L Pack)
QD Anti-Corrosive Primers 98 Line	Fast drying, good over coating properties with wide range of coatings, top quality primer zinc phosphate primer for steel. Spray application. Range of colours. (5L & 20L Pack)
Metal Primers 40 Line	Economical primer for steel with good adhesion and durability. Brush/Roller application. Available in Red Oxide & Grey (5L Pack)
UHB Primer 91 Line	High Build one-pack and two-pack primer (when used with GP Hardener/Activator ref: 91-A099) for general use under both single pack and two-pack air drying finishes. Range of colours available (5L Pack)
HB Anti-Corrosive Primer 95 Line	Top quality zinc phosphate brushing primer for steel. Long-term protection of steelwork, outstanding adhesion and durability. Excellent resistance to weathering, mild chemicals, industrial pollutants, etc. Range of Colours available (5L Pack)
401 Cellulose Primer	A quick drying primer system for spray application. 401 can be applied over sound existing cellulose or Stoving enamel paintwork, also over suitably prepared bare metal or wood. 401 Primer gives outstanding adhesion with excellent 'sandibility' and topcoat holdout. Etch Primers

Single-Pack Etch Primer 78 Line	Single pack reinforced PVB with modified zinc phosphate inhibitive pigment. To provide good adhesion to steel and non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminium, zinc, galvanising). Also used as blast/holding primer for steel and as a sealer for aluminium and zinc metal spray. Fast drying, outstanding adhesion, range of colours (5L Pack).
Single-Pack Red Oxide 78-11 Line	Used as a blast primer or ‘holding’ primer for steel. NB: This product has a ‘safety’ certificate from the Newcastle Occupational Health Authority (ref:6833/00) and “welding certification” by Sandberg Laboratories. Red Oxide (5L Pack).
Two-Pack Yellow Etch Primer 78-60 Line	Primarily for non-ferrous metals, i.e. zinc, to give outstanding adhesion. Zinc chromate free. Used as a etch primer for galvanising and non-ferrous metals, blast primer for steel and as a sealer for metal sprayed coatings, etc. High flash version available, ref: 78-63. (5L Pack).
Two-Pack Zinc Chromate Etch Primer 78-74 Line	Two pack etch primer formulated specifically for aluminium, also outstanding adhesion to other non-ferrous metals. Yellow (5L Pack).

Industrial Finishes

OCF One Coat Finish	OCF is a high build coating offering outstanding adhesion, moisture resistance and corrosion protection due to incorporation of modified zinc phosphate and iron oxide pigments. It is designed for airless or conventional application and is used extensively in the automotive industry as well as all aspects of the steel fabrication industry. It is easy to apply without fear of runs or sags, at high Wet Film Thickness, up to 200 microns. Full colour range of *industrial paints* available inc, RAL and British Standards (5L & 20L Pack).
QD1 Hammer Finish 5H Line	Fast drying finish with ‘hammer’ pattern. Range of colours. (5L Pack).
QD2 Finish 6 Line	Fast drying gloss finish for general metal work. Rapid hardening with good adhesion, spray application. Mild solvents. Full colour choice of *industrial paints* inc, RAL and British Standards. Touch dry: 30-40 minutes. (5L Pack)
QD3 Finish 10 Line	Fast drying gloss finish for general metal work. Rapid hardening with good adhesion, fast drying gloss finish. Spray application. Touch dry: 15-20 minutes. Complete range of *industrial paints* available inc, RAL and British Standards (5L Pack).
Vehicle & Machinery Enamel 97 Line	Finishing coat for metal fabrications and machinery. Excellent durability with good resistance to oils, grease, etc. Dries to hard film with hard abrasion and impact resistance. Brushing/spraying gloss finish. Mild solvents. Full colour range of *industrial paints* available inc, RAL and British Standards. (5L Pack).
Dac Thane Enamel 99 Line	Finishing coat for metal fabrications and machinery. High gloss, excellent durability with good resistance to oils, grease, etc. Dries to tough film with high abrasion and impact resistance. Brushing/spraying finish. Mild solvents. Complete collection of colours for *industrial paints* inc RAL and British Standards. (5L Pack).
Dac Sil Undercoat & Gloss 17 Line	Exterior undercoat and gloss. Outstanding gloss and colour retention. Hard, durable coating. For use on suitably primed ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Produces a finish with outstanding gloss and colour retention, and excellent durability. Heat resistant to 120-150°C depending on colour. Dac Sil Aluminium Finish ref: 7-7 may be used up to 400°C. Black (5L Pack)
Dac Shield 34 Line	High build gloss protective finish with excellent exterior durability. Normally applied over the Vinadac range of protective coatings as part of a maintenance painting system. Typical uses include application to lighting columns and general industrial plant where a gloss finish is required. Full colour range to special order. (5L Pack).
Rapidac Matt Black 13-3 Line	Fast drying *industrial paints*, matt black industrial finish for use on mild steel components and wrought iron. (5L & 20L Pack).

White Primer 12-40 Line	High opacity primer with good adhesion and sanding properties for use with stoving finishes. White (5L Pack).
QB Stoving Enamel 12 Line	Quality stoving enamel, high gloss, tough, durable. Excellent chip/abrasion resistance. Good solvent/chemical resistance. Limited colour range. (5L Pack)
QB Stoving Hammer Finish 12H Line	Decorative hammer finish for metal fabrications. Hard wearing, abrasion resistant. Limited colour range. (5L Pack).
